Vietnam Changemakers Hackathon, a dynamic one-day event that empowers high school students in the southern part of Vietnam to use entrepreneurship as a tool for economic and social impact. This hackathon, inspired by the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), will provide participants with the tools and knowledge to create business models that not only drive profit but also address critical societal challenges.
Students will hear from a panel of industry leaders on sustainable business models and impact investing as well as receive a crash course in business plan design and pitching. They will then put these lessons into practice by forming teams, designing a business that addresses one of the UNs’ 17 SDGs, and pitching in front of a live audience.
